Refund Policy

The refund will be processed for the canceled orders only. Refunds shall be processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation. Refund shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Sri Vinayaka Cards does not encourage refund or cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours. However, the refund request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Refund or Exchange of products shall be done if an only if 1. A wrong product has been shipped. 2. If the product dispatched is damaged and the same product is out of stock.

We believe this is a once in a lifetime occasion and nobody wants to spoil the festive mood. Our site tries best to make this occasion memorable by giving quality cards and all Issues can always be resolved by talking and a happy ending is must.
